Employer branding video series

As part of the project Grønt industriløft, led by Proneo AS, Navnløs Media SB produced a series of five short videos featuring employees from different companies in Verdal Industripark: Proneo, Norconsult, Kvernmo, Snekkeriet and Flamro.

The idea behind the videos was to show real people in real jobs and give an honest look into everyday life inside the industripark. Each video also connects to written interviews that will be published on Verdal Industripark’s new website, so our role was to create something that could work as a visual entry point into those stories.

We followed each employee through parts of their workday, filmed short interviews, and collected supporting footage that could carry the story visually. With limited time at each location, it meant quickly getting a feel for the environment, building trust fast, and keeping things relaxed so people could speak naturally on camera while we made sure to capture enough material for both the interview and the b-roll.

Since we moved between very different workplaces – from offices to more industrial environments – we kept a simple and consistent setup with a two-camera approach and basic three-point lighting, adjusting it as needed rather than overcomplicating things on site.

The result is a set of short, personal portraits that highlight the people behind the companies and show the variety of roles and opportunities within Verdal Industripark.
